Atlanta's First Church To Condo Conversion

The design team was presented with a situation that has never been done before: convert an existing church into a residential building. Kuo Diedrich accepted this challenge and the result was a revitalized 22 unit condominium complex. The exterior was successfully preserved to maintain the ecclesiastic appearance while the interior presented a clean contemporary ambiance. Providence on Ponce has been welcomed back as an important part of the neighborhood fabric.
