Hillside Luxury Resort Living

The volcanic island of Saint Lucia is more mountainous than many other Caribbean islands. Resting between the Carribean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean, this pennisula is home to an 18 hole signature golf course. The complex terrain and need for enviornmentally sensitive design allowed for Kuo Diedrich to be creative with the design of this concept home.

The island weather and tradional vernacular truely influenced this design allowing for vast interior openings with deep wrap around porches. The fully adjustable porch openings are controlled using operable shutters. The Main floor meanders down to an exposed deck level featuring a fire pit and island pavilion over looking an infinity pool that vanishes into the ocean. This resort home offers a unique experience in a beautiful natural setting.
